RETURNS
Please always contact us if you are not satisfied with your product.---- We do not accept returns.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
If the product sold is unsuitable or subject to a recall, you may be eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PAYMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDERS
Once the order process is indicated as accepted by us then there is an agreement between customer and us. Then we are only responsible for that order. All prices including GST for customers and payable and acceptable only in AUD.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers have rights to cancel the order only up to 10pm after placing the order.
After order processed and prepared, if the delivery is not on time due to incorrect contact details then it’s completely the responsibility of customers only.
We reserve the rights to cancel the order before or after accepting and after you receive the order confirmations and we will be communicating with you immediately about cancellation.
